colourbomb! {norway .1}
At home, the Bunker’s front door is lacquered a very sedate dark green. It’s a friendly door, but it lacks the quirky pizzazz of the bright wooden houses we saw in Norway. My eyes ate them up like sweets.
Are you hungry for a little red fjord-side cottage too now?
THe blue home in Christiania is my fave!!
What colour are homes where you live?
mostly blandly colored…browns, creams, some yellow some blue. fairly boring. i love colorful homes, though. i would love to have a brightly painted one some day. our neighbor across the street painted their house purple with yellow trim, and i love it!
which week of the year do they enjoy temperate weather? :) and yes to the cottage, we’d use it as a writing retreat! just a seasonal rental, we’re thinking…..
Perhaps we can go in on it together? (:
the hollandaise half of this prospective partnership would need to supply the coffee…..
this is really cool!
Oh so beautiful Trondheim!
Sigh…it really was. So so beautiful.
That’s so delightful! Thanks for doing the legwork deary, but I think I’m good where I am.
Excellent pictures: so colourful & awesome looking! Cool too! :)
Glad you felt transported, too, Sophie! (:
absolutely gorgeous! I really want to visit Northern Europe at some point, great inspiration, thank you!
Mmm…it is stunning! But very, very expensive. I suspect driving about in a cozy camper like yours would be pretty ideal, actually. (:
yeah, i know it’s costly. I’d love to drive it in our van but it’s not all that reliable!!
